JOB TITLE:   

Campus Recreation Business Office Intern

JOB PURPOSE:   

To provide assistance to both business office full-time positions in processing Financial and HR transactions as well help with documentation/record keeping for budgets and files.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Ability to effectively use a computer
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software
  • Create, edit, and cross-check budget documents
  • Submit and account for multiple types of financial transactions
  • File and document appropriate paperwork as needed 

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Prepare for special events
  • Take and present notes from meetings

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

Current University of Wyoming Student

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Previous experience with budgets
  • Previous experience with Oracle WyoCloud 
  • Previous experience with Innosoft Fusion
  • Ability to take directions and work with little to no supervision 
  • High School Diploma
  • Business Degree finished or in process
