Winter General Maintenance Worker – Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch

This winter will be our first winter with full lodging and F&B options for our guests.  This job is great for someone who enjoys living and working in the National Parks and wants to share their passion with our guests.  This position is responsible for general maintenance across the property including basic painting, plumbing, kitchen equipment repair, and maintenance work.  During the winter the property includes 92 cabins (half of which will be open for guest lodging), a lodge with a restaurant, kitchen, 2 retail outlets, and employee dormitories.  During and after heavy snow storms this position may be required to assist with snow removal across the property.  This individual needs to be able to operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe, bobcat, dump truck and tractor and be comfortable being on a roof.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
• 1 year previous maintenance experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience in maintenance in a hospitality setting
