With a mission to Preserve, Protect and Inspire, Flagg Ranch Company (FRC) operates the lodging, restaurants, camping, and activities at the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch located in the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway, right between Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

This winter will be our first winter with full lodging and F&B options for our guests.  This job is great for someone who enjoys living and working in the National Parks and enjoys interacting with guests and sharing their passion for the National Parks. Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch over the phone.  Responsible for creating room and activity reservations, answering area questions, assisting in planning of vacation, routing calls to appropriate extensions, and creating an experience of a lifetime for guests. This is a great opportunity to experience various aspects of the hospitality industry.  Due to the nature of the limited staffing during the winter season this position may also have to fill in as night audit, front desk, housekeeping, laundry, dishwashing, or waitstaff. Typically works 40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
• Proficient with computer systems

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous Reservations experience
• Knowledge of the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial parkway, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National parks
