The E-Bike Technician’s primary responsibilities include building, tuning, and maintaining e-bikes at our Olathe, Distribution Center, Olathe Kansas. The bicycle mechanic is an integral part of the QuietKat team as we need our e-bikes in top mechanical condition for our customers and sales teams. Our e-bike tech reports directly to the Bike Technician Lead and are expected to be proactive and able to manage his or her time and responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bikes to QuietKat standards.
· Prepare bikes on time for deadlines.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed.
· Take notes/pictures of all the work done on bikes + update the database.
· Keep the inventory of the shop updated.
· Perform quality control and testing.
· Keep the bench/workstation and the workshop clean.
· Be customer service oriented. From time-to-time you may be required to interact with the customers, assisting them in person and remotely to troubleshoot problems.
· Assist in other warehouse duties when required.

Pay Range:
$18.94 - $26.73The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
