This position is responsible for providing smooth and efficient guest entry into Living Shores with enthusiasm and energy to provide exceptional guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and being knowledgeable on various ticket promotions both online and at the gate
• Handling of all guest concerns including park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone or in person
• Ensuring guest concerns are handled in an efficient and timely matter with the primary focus of positive guest experiences.
• Represents the Living Shores with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while directly interacting with guests on a daily basis.
• Use point of sale computers accurately and efficiently
• Secure Lost & Found items in an organized manner
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Maintain wardrobe and personal appearance standard as mentioned the Appearance Policy
• Willingness to learn multiple roles within the admissions department and sister departments

Requirements:

• 14 years or older
• Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English
• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and bending / squatting occasionally
