Story Land - Game Attendant

This position is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of games while being outgoing and welcoming to guests.

We are currently looking for a:

Story Land - Game Attendant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a fun, positive manner to encourage game participation
• Explain game rules and objectives
• Operate a hand-held point of sale system accurately and efficiently
• Keep work space clean and organized
• Test games daily prior to opening
• Restock prizes as instructed by coordinators
• Keep daily record of games played and number of guests playing
• Report any game malfunction to A/V or Maintenance Departments
• Be friendly and focused on guest experience
• Be willing to work as part of a team

Requirements:

• 14 years of age or older
• Punctual, reliable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be productive during slow periods
• Able to speak clearly
• Able to lift light loads (up to 25 lbs.), stand for long periods (5+ hrs.), bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs
• Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information
• Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales
• Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook
• Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the retail standard operating procedures
• Flexible schedule
• Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
• Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience
