Natural Habitat Adventures is looking for a driven, passionate, highly capable, organized and fun individual to join our field operations team. The Field Operations staff member is responsible for providing logistical support and assistance to the Trip Owner, Field Operations Manager, Homer Lead Field Operations, Expedition Leaders and Bear Camp managers. This is a mid-May through early-September contract, field-based position that requires the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment with many variables.
Sample responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to, the following:
TIME & SEASONALITY
While your hours will vary from day to day, it is virtually certain that you will need to work long hours every day in order accomplish our goal of ultimate customer service and ensuring Bear Camp runs smoothly. It is understood that at times, it takes very early mornings and late evenings to accomplish our goals.
This is a daily contract position starting in mid-May and ending in mid-September. Approximately 25 days per month have been allotted for this contract.

Aside from daily compensation, Nat Hab provides transportation to/from location for any travel, as well as branded gear.
