We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator, to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. Our Global Commercial Sales team will drive growth with winning, strategic customers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.

The Key Account Sales Coordinator is essential in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. This position provides administrative support such as retrieving pricing, programs and promotional tools for the sales manager and communicating with many customers via phone, email, text and video conference calls. This person will also coordinate sales activities which includes arranging on site meetings, setting up assortments, displays and product displays. The sales coordinator will need to work with other supporting departments such as Brand management, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales Operations and other departments as needed. Sales Coordinators are a critical role to help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within our organization.

This position reports to the National Account Manager and is based out of our Bentonville, AR office.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Take customer calls and facilitate solutions to pricing/product/information needs.
  • Maintain pricing within each account and ensure deviations are current.
  • Set up product information in account systems.
  • Monitor open orders and actively clear holds.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting.
  • Keep the sales team informed of all deliveries to the warehouse.
  • Update accounts on product ship dates and availability.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of presentations, sales sheets for line reviews, and promotion materials ads/events.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Act as support coordinator for the National Account Manager
  • Manage the shared calendars for MAP holidays.

You Have:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving to readily assimilate information.
  • Work independently while demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems without constant direction.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize workload and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team planner with a high level of dedication.
  • Flexibility to effectively deal with a variety of people and situations and to manage interruptions and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain tact and highly professional manners.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
