This position is responsible for leading and coaching Admissions and Guest Service Team Members, so they can maintain the daily operations of the admissions building.

We are currently looking for a:

Story Land - Admissions Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

• Open and close the admissions building daily
• Resolves and eases sensitive guest situations on an individual basis through personal interaction.
• Remain team member focused by visiting and checking on staff throughout the day
• Manage daily schedules, break relief, and any additional needs of team members in the admissions building
• Organizes and handles crowds and lines at admissions building. Ability to make on the fly adjustments to best serve the guest is a must.
• Receives, logs, documents and secures lost and found items and returns items to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintains training throughout the season
• Set up and close admissions and guest service area daily with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Encourage a guest focused atmosphere by providing the necessary training and resources so the team members remain motivated when helping guests
• Set up season pass holder ID badges
• Maintain strict confidentially with financial and personal information
• Maintain wardrobe and personal appearance standard as mentioned in Team Member Handbook
• Insure guests and team members are following policies/procedures
• Enforces proper screening of guests for unauthorized items
• Maintain a clean and organized building both guest and team member facing environments.
• Ensure all collateral and supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Assisting the Operations Team with daily operation
• Ensures that the front of the park is clean and running smooth

Requirements:

• 16 years or older
• Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English
• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and bending / squatting occasionally
