Story Land - Grounds

Roles & Responsibilities:

Summer:

• Use of leaf blowers, rototillers, riding lawn mowers, push mowers, and weed whackers
• Spreading mulch, weeding, planting, pruning and watering flowers and shrubs
  

Winter:

• Snow removal – be able to use a snow blower, drive a plow truck, snow shoveling, etc.
  

Successful candidates will:

• Possess the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Possess the ability to take direction and a willingness to continue to learn
• Possess a strong work ethic and safety sensitivity
• Possess strong attention to detail and the desire to maintain/enhance the Park’s natural beauty.
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Be consistent and punctual
  

All applicants must be 18+ years of age.
