We are currently looking for a:

Water Country-Aquatics Attendant

Roles & Responsibilities:

    Do you love working outside and engaging with people? Do you care about safety but also strive to deliver an amazing guest experience? If you answered yes to these questions, you might just be the perfect Attendant to add to our Aquatics Team!

    The Aquatics Attendant position is the perfect job for someone who is passionate about serving others. Becoming an Attendant is the perfect opportunity to gain confidence and improve communication skills. No experience necessary to apply!

    • Responsible for the safe & efficient operation of water slides
    • Enforce all height, weight, and safety rules as they pertain to each attraction
    • Inform and enforce rider positioning on ride vehicle along with minimum/maximum number of riders per tube as they pertain to each attraction
    • Perform all duties including watching the slide, communicating safety instructions, answering questions, assisting guests as they enter & exit, and cleaning the entire ride area
    • Communicate with other Team Members using verbal commands, hand signals, or radios
    • Attend regular scheduled in-service training sessions
    • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
    • Engage with guests to optimize safety measures and enhance guest experience
    • Assist in facility cleanliness as instructed
    • Assist other departments as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be at least 16 years old at time of park opening
    • Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and attraction training and upkeep certification requirements
    • Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
    • Works efficiently in an individual and team setting
    • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills
    • Recognizes and promptly responds to safety concerns
