We are currently looking for a:

Water Country- Guest Relations Team Member

Roles & Responsibilities:

    A Guest Relations Team Member acts as the park liaison to provide superior service to all Guests. You answer questions about general park information while adhering and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will also address Guest concerns and perform problem solving to increase Guest satisfaction.

    • Deliver exceptional guest service
    • Operate computerized register systems to sell tickets and products
    • Provide creative resolutions to situations that arise in a positive manner within the means set
    • Convey park information, policies, and procedures to guests
    • Assist guests during phone interactions and return calls
    • Reply to emailed inquires and concerns in a timely manner
    • Relay detailed information through data tracking and office organization
    • Any other duties as assigned

    SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 18 years of age or older
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer service experience is highly recommended
    • Must be willing to learn computer and register systems; training is provided
    • Must be able to answer incoming guest phone calls and return unanswered voice messages
    • Must be proficient in basic mathematics
    • Must be able to communicate well with others and work in a team environment
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position items and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
    • This position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, crouching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, lifting, and pushing
    • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying climates
