We are currently looking for a:

Water Country - Park Services Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

    The Park Services Supervisor position is a perfect job for someone who wants to enhance their leadership, administrative, and service skills. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior leadership experience and have exceptional verbal communication and time management skills.

    • Lead a team of 10-20 park services employees following all federal and NH labor laws
    • Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the park including office areas
    • Maintain accurate inventory of Park Services supplies and communicate reorders in a timely manner
    • Facilitate the cleaning of restrooms hourly including toilets, urinals, sinks, floors and changing areas
    • Ensure park grounds clear of all debris and facilitate the emptying of trash barrels frequently and routinely
    • Complete regular daily paperwork and checklists
    • Assist other departments as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Demonstrates ability leading a team and directing team members as necessary
    • Provides exceptional customer service to guests
    • Ability to quickly identify areas in need of service and promptly have them addressed
    • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrates an understanding of cleanliness standards
    • Must be able to read and understand printed instructions for chemical use
    • Ability to frequently lift, carry or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
    • Recognizes and promptly communicates or remedies safety concerns
