Water Country - Parking Attendant

We are currently looking for a:

Roles & Responsibilities:

The parking team member should be comfortable working outside on their feet while engaging with guests in a positive manner. The perfect applicant should be organized, personable and able to follow direction well.

• Welcome guests to Water Country, while guiding them to an open parking spot
• Follow patterns of parking cars in an efficient manner and adapt quickly
• Prevent guests from carrying unauthorized items through to bag check
• Maintain overall upkeep of the parking lots, including trash clean up and removal
• Direct emergency services such as fire and police in the event of an emergency
• Assist other departments as needed
• All other duties as assigned

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Demonstrates ability to take direction and follow through
• Displays excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Recognizes and promptly communicates or remedies safety concerns
