Water Country - Parking Supervisor

We are currently looking for a:

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Parking Supervisor should be a proven leader who is able to work with independently and is excited to engage with guests and team members in a positive manner. The perfect applicant should be organized, have experience leading a small team and enjoys motivating others to work at a quick and efficient pace.

• Oversee a team of 3-10 team members and adhere to all federal and NH labor laws
• Ensure that the daily parking operation in multiple parking lots runs smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate with other departments to anticipate and prepare for bus navigation and large group entries
• Welcome and communicate with guests in a quick but friendly manner
• Provide added security for parking lots and enforce all park policies
• Direct emergency services such as fire and police in all emergencies
• Ensures cleanliness and appropriate set up of all parking lots at the start of each day
• Assist other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years OR 16+ with prove leadership experience
• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and understands how to follow and communicate parking patterns
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
